Pitch Deck IQ operates on a per-project basis. Upon engagement, clients agree to provide necessary business information and materials required for document creation. Payment terms are due upon service engagement unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All documents created by Pitch Deck IQ are confidential and intended for the exclusive use of the client and their authorized representatives. Clients agree not to distribute or reproduce documents without prior written consent from Pitch Deck IQ.
10. Revisions and Amendments
Document revision periods and limits will be specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond agreed terms may incur additional fees.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pitch Deck IQ operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
12. Changes to Terms
Pitch Deck IQ reserves the right to revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
